In other news I've pretty much decided to audition for a community production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I like the show, the rehearsals are scheduled for times I might actually be available, and they'll cast kids as young as five so in an ideal world I'll just bring the kids and we'll do the show.

Of course it's not an ideal world, but we'll see how everyone feels on Thursday evening. If nothing else, I really do like to audition. Maybe it'll perk me up a bit.

I played Potiphar's wife in that. Its the only female character in the show and all she sings is "Come and lie with me love!" Which at the time, my very Catholic school thought was a bit risque and so they changed it to "Come and stay with me love." I ended up wearing something like a nightdress, the top of which, to my horror after the first night I realised had slipped down exposing everything I didn't have. (I was 12)
